INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
& SHIPPING


We require a $1,000 USD order minimum (before shipping charges) on first-time orders and a $500 USD order minimum (before shipping charges) on all future orders with an established account.

The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for any import taxes, duties, and any additional fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information. When custom clearance procedures are required it can cause further delays in shipment. Due to high shipping costs/duties. International customers are responsible for shipping on warrantied replacements, returns, and/or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

There are no shipping charges applied to Returns and Exchanges - AMP® covers them all - both ways!*

 

How to Return an Item:

Important -- packages without an RMA# will be refused.

Call us! 813-978-3900. You will be given an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) along with options for returning the item(s). Refunds and Warranty Exchanges are generally processed same day. But if we receive the product and deem it as still functional, you are subject to be charged for the price of the replacement. 

New products: If you are unhappy with any product for any reason, call us for a refund and return instructions. No restocking fees. The item must be new and unused. Return item in its original packaging with all contents within 30 days of receipt. The product and packing must be completely new and unused so that the product is able to be sold to another customer without question or concern about the integrity of the product. The product cannot have been previously installed. No original receipt necessary, we will look in our system to verify that you bought said item(s) in question from us. After we receive it, we will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping to and from is not refunded.

Used products: Once a product has been used, it can only be returned if it is defective and falls under the manufacturers warranty. Defective merchandise follows the warranty policies of the manufacturer of that item. For defective items, AMP® will pay for the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item(s). Call one of our AMP® Customer Support Representatives (alternatively, your AMP Specialist) to get an RMA # (Return Authorization Number). Please send the product back within 21 days. When we receive it, we will test it and verify that it is defective. If the product is defective, we will proactively send out a replacement (same day) as well as a pre-paid return label for you to send the defective product back. For manufacturer warranty details, please see our terms and conditions section or the warranty policy of that particular manufacturer.

 

Bulbs/ Lamps: Will not be accepted for return and refund with the exception of warranty exchanges. We strongly encourage sending these bulbs back if you’re experiencing issues with 10+ bulbs. 

 

Responsibilities and Conditions: It is the responsibility of the customer to check for missing or broken products in an order. The customer has 7 days after receiving the order to check the contents for damages or errors and report these damages or errors to AMP®. We will then set up a replacement or exchange for you. Shipping costs of replacement/exchanged products will be covered by AMP®.

  • Northeast distribution center orders placed before 4 PM EST may be picked up at 5801 Grayson Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17111, Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
