Repeater Hub: When and Why
If your layout pushes beyond recommended distances such as a long driveway, separated areas, or fixtures blocked by obstacles, then consider adding an AMP iQ™ Repeater Hub. It works like AMP’s Junction Hub, but includes repeater technology to extend connectivity, and it can wire up to seven fixtures or devices for clean installation. Repeaters are especially helpful when:
- Devices are beyond recommended spacing
- Signals need help around walls, metal doors, or concrete with rebar
- Bluetooth can’t reliably reach well lights or deck lights due to obstacles
Install a repeater anywhere inside the mesh network where connectivity is weak.
