Contest Terms:

Photoshoot and Content Use: By entering the contest, participants agree to allow AMP® to take photographs and video of the submitted projects. Participants may receive photo credit when applicable, but not guaranteed for all content uses. No financial compensation will be provided for the photos in addition to the $500 AMP® store credit.

Intellectual Property: AMP® shall have a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content captured on the date of the agreed upon shoot for the purpose of promoting the AMP’s products or services for promotional purposes across its own marketing channels, including but not limited to its website, social media, and email campaigns.

Privacy: By entering the contest, participants consent to the use of their names, project details, and photos in any publicity carried out by AMP® without further compensation.

Liability: AMP® is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the contest or any photoshoot. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMP® against any claims arising from their participation in the contest.

Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in full.
